Muputrax Warranty

Muputrax come with a three year warranty to the original purchaser, covering materials and workmanship. At our sole discretion, we will either repair, replace or refund products found to be faulty in materials and/or workmanship.

All warranty claims of any nature are void if
- the product has been altered in any way shape or form, or
- product failure is due to non-compliance with the user manual, or
- proof of purchase is not presented at time of making the warranty claim.

This warranty excludes
- normal wear and tear, such as flaking or chipping, and
- cosmetical defects, such as colour fading and material imperfections

To the extent permitted by law, Multitrax Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, irrespective of whether a claim for such damages is based on warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise.
